Cross-cultural mission
After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice: “Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.” - Revelation 7:9-10
We look forward to the future reality of people from all nations worshiping God together. We see a shadow of that in our church as people from over 20 nations gather each Sunday. We also further this by encouraging people to share the Gospel across cultures both in Nottingham and overseas. Mission today involves people from everywhere going to everywhere. What is He calling you to?
Envision
Our annual Mission Sunday is in January with activities for all ages.
This is next happening: Sunday 24th January 2027
Pray
We regularly pray for our Cross-Cultural workers in our services, through Prayermate and in our Sunday evening prayer meetings.
Grow
We encourage people to go on short term mission teams to grow in their faith and to discern God’s calling. A number of church members are volunteers with Friends International in Nottingham.
